Spring feeding 2020

It was a beautiful day to get out and feed the bees some pollen after a long winter. Very pleased with the strength of the colonies and an incredibly low loss rate so far!

I thought this hive was dead, until I popped open the lid. I didn’t have my suit on and quickly closed it up! Every super was filled with bees, much to my suprise!

Nice cluster of bees that goes to the bottom of the hive
This cluster looked small until I figured out it was 4 supers deep. Now I’m impressed.
A quick look at one yard.

More updates as we get to the other yards!
